Antoinette Pitcan is an author, cultural strategist, creative visionary, producer, director, development strategist, and social entrepreneur.

She currently serves as COO and Creative Director of JBCN Production & SOUND and is the Founder and CEO of NACTIP Image Development & Multiservice Company. Through her work, Pitcan develops people, ideas, brands, productions, programs, and initiatives designed to create meaningful cultural, social, and economic impact across Africa, the Caribbean, and the global diaspora.

Her experience spans creative and project development, strategic planning, communications, media production, event development, cultural programming, entrepreneurship, partnership development, organizational development, community engagement, and social impact initiatives. She brings strategic thinking and creative execution together to shape purposeful, sustainable ventures.

A gifted storyteller, poet, and spoken-word artist, Pitcan writes about identity, womanhood, resilience, emancipation, survival, heritage, healing, and transformation. Her projects include RISE: Emancipation, UNBROKE: Iron, Ink and Identity, I See You Africa, and Survival Wisdom.

Deeply committed to cultural preservation and cross-cultural collaboration, she works with African, Caribbean, Garifuna, and Indigenous traditions, honoring ancestral knowledge while creating contemporary platforms for culture to be shared and carried forward.
