Antoinette is the COO and Creative Director of JBCN Production/SOUND, where she works across creative development, production, communications, cultural programming, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
She is the Founder and CEO of NACTIP Image Development & Multiservice Company, an organization through which she has developed and supported projects spanning entrepreneurship, education, media, cultural preservation, community development, communications, and social impact.
Her professional journey has never been confined to one industry.
She moves naturally between the boardroom, production room, community, stage, studio, classroom, and creative space, because she sees the connections between them.
For Antoinette, a successful project is not simply something that looks good or sounds good.
